I am afraid of eating more and I am not hungry now, but happy that I don’t have any more cravings. Sorry was too long, but I don’t know what to do. Did I ruined my metabolism ? Or due to being in menopause I cannot lose anything, not even in ketosis? I bought the ketosis strips and I am in the 5-15 mg/l. I stopped eating carbs since then and the only thing I lost is the 4 pounds from the 1st day of 30 of May that I fast eating only celery 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 9 almonds with 12 glasses of water for 1 day. I jogged 1st time on ketosis alternating with walking 4 times a week and feel great, but I don’t loose weight and I measure myself since May 30 and not even a cm I lost. This recipe is made with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of keto confectioners sweetener, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Now I know is too low cal and I want to start my training for 1/2 marathon next year. In 2 dessert glasses or shot glasses add 1 tablespoon of the remaining lemon curd to. Add 3 tbsps of the lemon curd and gently fold into the whipped cream mixture. I found out that when I don’t eat anything dunce 5.30 pm till the next morning. Add vanilla and turn the mixer to medium, and slowly add granulated sweetener a little at a time until blended and the whipped cream is thicker like a frosting. At night I try not to eat to not gain weight in the morning. I eat my protein, cottage cheese 4%, fresh mizarella, fera cheese in my salads, olives, spinach baby green leaves mix, cherry tomatoes (only 5 in my salad) Persian cucumbers, celery, nuts without salt. I checked all what I eat and u reached max 1050 cal, don’t feel hungry, have lots of energy no cravings as I don’t eat any carbs, not even artificial sweeteners. I am afraid ig gaining wait if I add more food. I am stuck here and I am even eating less than what you are telling here to eat. I am 59 and weight now 156,8 lbs after lowering from 160 lbs in May 30. I am used to my salads, but I was eating more fruit. My regular way of eating is not a lot of carbs. The also were giving me a kind of aminoácids injection as the diet was of 900 cal before the maintenance stage. I started on my own since May 30 a ketigenic duet based on the one I followed with physicians, but including 3 portions a day if very small quantities. I am happy to start the challenge, but I want to know if I can eliminate the fruits? Anything sweet gives me cravings.
